Comfortable stay for a large family. Close-in, safe neighborhood convenient to eateries and train station. Positive: Loved that each bedroom was an en-suite complete with its own heating A/C unit. The kitchen is all-purpose - laundry, dining, kitchen, gathering space. Clean. The best shower - warm and great pressure. Negative: Wonderful close-in location so that comes with some noise. The landlord is aware and kindly responsive to the following items: Needs a secure portal for submitting sensitive documents. Needs window covering for the toilet rooms.

Great spot near the heart of Nakano-ku Positive: Amazing location. Nakano is a great neighborhood and this accommodation was extremely close to the station. There's obviously lots to see and do in Tokyo but if you want some fun locally this location is fantastic Negative: There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Just know that your living/dining space are the same so don't let that catch you off guard if you are expecting those to be separate
