Positive: Located close to a train station a few stops from Shinjuku. Negative: Not clean. The shower curtain was really annoying and stuck to your arm unless you turn sideways and found lots of hair on the weird cut up bathroom mat. The toilet paper also kept falling out of the dispenser on the wall. Because it’s airbnb style you can’t ask for things like extra pillows and blankets. No space for suitcases. You’re just paying for the location and somewhere to sleep.
