Good if you're looking for value over luxury. Positive: Location was good - 7 min walk to Iriya station which is one stop from the well connected Ueno station. Plenty of attractions nearby. Ok for the value for money. Negative: The house was basic, but had useable amenities in kitchen and bathroom.

Positive: La ubicación, relativamente cerca a la estación del metro Negative: La calefacción no funcionaba, las camas muy chicas, fuera de las recámaras no había calefacción asi que la casa está a super fría

Positive: Facility is very nice. Microphone, fridges, Oven, Stove, Aircon, Washing machine and soon Negative: There is no big bowls for heating with microwave.

Positive: 離地鐵的位子很近，附近很多超市，買東西方便，離上野站也很近 Negative: 可惜的是，住宿站附近的地鐵站比較小，通常很擠。 住宿的地方很乾淨，設備齊全，可惜沒有公共空間可以坐著吃東西

Good Positive: Good place, bedrooms were nice, overall clean. Negative: No dining table, it didnt have a place to gather and eat together, only bedrooms. Kitchen has few tools, no big (soup) bowls, it was very minimal for the price. Junk was left outside the house (from earlier guests). Even after reporting it, it was only partially taken away. Labeling junk cans would promote easier selective collection.
